Divya is a very kind and caring dentist. She makes sure all her patients are comfortable and at ease. She also will follow up with her patients after they’ve had a major procedure. She sees many patients that don’t have healthcare and will discount or write off her services for them. She’s not only great with her patients but is the best boss to work for. She is very caring and generous with her team and shows her appreciation in many ways. We all feel valued and enjoy our jobs.

Melissa has excellent interpersonal skills. She is passionate about dentistry and inspires her team to implement best practice standards while being deeply involved with her patients' oral health. Dr. Erasmus exhibits an insatiable yearning for education and self-improvement. It is a pleasure to be a part of her team.

Dr. Gray is very compassionate and caring. She provides great care to her patients and is always so positive and supportive and a great mentor to her associates.

Dr. Nguyen is impressive as a dentist and as a company owner she teaches team members to work smarter and not harder.   For years Dr. Papadopoulos has had a significant impact on his patients’ lives, but it is also the work he does outside of the clinic that makes him truly outstanding.

In addition to providing orthodontic treatment to patients from all across New Brunswick, he volunteers his time as the Atlantic Regional Chair of Smiles4Canada - a national non-profit foundation whose mission is to provide complimentary orthodontic treatment to children in need. The program has successfully provided free orthodontic treatment to over 100 Atlantic Canadian children since he began his leadership position. He is passionate about being able to help families who are facing financial difficulty and doesn’t let this stand in the way of getting orthodontic treatment.  Before working as an orthodontist, he worked in community clinics across British Columbia providing dental care for free to the communities of Victoria, Prince George, Vernon and actually lived on a native reserve (Haida Gwaii) giving free dental care to the native communities. He is a passionate leader who looks to serve others and ensure that those who work alongside him also feel part of something that is bigger than themselves. He is consistent in his dedication to giving back and takes his social responsibility seriously. Whether it be through coaching Special Olympics soccer, being a national representative for the AAO, or also serving as the treasurer for the Atlantic Orthodontist’s Association, he is undoubtedly a leader for the community.

Dr. Azim Parekh has great skills and is always very caring with the patients and the staff members. He is awesome as a boss. Dr. Parekh is a good team player and respects everyone equally.

Over the past two years, due to labour shortages and new challenges stemming from the COVID-19 pandemic, Dr. Poirier has completely reinvented herself. She has been working extremely hard to adapt to this new reality, for the sake of her team as well as her patients. With the help of her dedicated assistants, she has completely changed her methods and pushed herself harder than ever before. Thanks to her creativity, we have been able to maintain the same level of service despite the acute lack of staff. She is such an inspiring person!

Dr. Sadeghlou is an awesome dentist and a wonderful person. During the pandemic shut down, he paid his staff the full salary and made us feel how essential we are to his practice.

Dr. Singh could be nominated for all the above values since he is the unifying force and innovative mastermind behind the upgrading of the office, making sure each and every team member is equally valued and cared for. He is a wonderful leader, a patient teacher, and of course a great clinician!

Dr. Murad is the definition of Unity in which he brings together issues that can be divided at times. He has the ability to unify an entire office just by bringing light to the bigger picture which is optimal patient care. He has always put his patients first and knows that it takes a unified team to get there and that's who he is at his very core. He has an admirable ability to encourage open communication, to develop clearly defined goals and to celebrate victories at every level.
