Working as the reassuring voice answering emergency response calls led Tina to a new career path as a patient coordinator. Well known for her compassion, empathy and the ability to make people feel that they are listened to, she is celebrating 25 years of patient care with her Practice. She is often heard stating, “people are my priority”. Not only does Tina care about the dental health needs of her patients but she is genuinely concerned about the overall well-being of each of them. She demonstrates this with check-in phone calls just to see how someone that may be going through a difficult time is doing.
During the pandemic, she volunteered her time to call patients that were identified as being isolated or in need, making sure they knew she was there for them. She is often told that you can “hear” her smiling when she answers a call. Her dedication to her team members and her patient care is the foundation of her practice. Being the first to arrive and the last to leave each day, wearing many hats and going with whatever challenge is ahead, genuinely loving what she does. Tina has created a culture of giving with “people care” and has greatly contributed to a positive work environment for her team.
